How do we send records and X-rays?
Through the secure referral form. Please don't send health details by email.
Will you keep the patient?
No. We look after the gums and bone, and the patient comes back to you for restorative care and for the visits you prefer.
Will you tell us what you found?
Yes. A written summary goes to your office after the first visit and after treatment.
Do you see patients who haven't been referred?
Yes. With the patient's permission we send their dentist a summary.
Can you alternate maintenance with our hygiene visits?
Yes. Dr. Wade sets the schedule and your office keeps the alternate visits.
